F&N Dairies (M) Sdn Bhd expects 15-20 per cent growth in the sales of its Sunkist range of juices this year.
Its group product manager, Joselyn Sie, said the total sales of Sunkist last year was RM40 million.
"With the new look, we are confident we will be able to continue to build on customer loyalty while attracting a new breed of customers from all ages," she told reporters after unveiling Sunkist's packaging makeover in Petaling Jaya today.
Sie said the company took eight months and spent RM2 million, including on research, to repackage the product.
"The new packaging will have greater appeal and rejuvenate the whole range of Sunkist range in Malaysia in keeping with the current consumer trends.
"It will also reinforce the brand's heritage for quality and consistency while creating a distinct differentiation within the Sunkist sub-range," she said.
